CA TECHNOLOGIES GLOBAL RECRUITMENT CAMPAIGN

CA Technologies is a major player in the B2B tech space, but faced difficulty recruiting talent. Their talent pool is attracted to start-ups and companies that are perceived as innovative and progressive. This global recruitment campaign’s aim was to put a new, fresh face on the company in markets where the company was expanding globally. The Bring What You Bring campaign rolled out in Asia and Europe to ask developers to bring what makes them unique to a dynamic work place. Building from a solid strategy base I came in on conceptual, art direction of photo shoots and carried it through to press proofs and delivery.
